Raw Honey vs. Store Honey: What’s Actually Different
The difference is not always obvious from the label. Raw honey is minimally handled, while large-scale commercial honey may be heated and finely filtered for consistency and shelf stability.

We extract, lightly strain, and jar our honey without ultrafiltration or additives. The pollen remains, crystallization is expected, and flavor changes with the forage.
