Our honey is lightly strained and bottled without ultrafiltration, pasteurization, blending, or additives.
Why does honey crystallize?
Crystallization is a natural process influenced by floral source and temperature. It does not mean the honey has spoiled.
How should I store honey?
Keep it tightly closed at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
